What Our Students and Early Learning Centres Told Us

When people love what you do, they tell others. That’s exactly what our latest Net Promoter Score (NPS) results show—students scored KKTC Education at 70, and the early learning centres our RTO trains in scored us at 83. On an NPS scale from –100 to +100, results above 50 are considered excellent, and 70+ is widely regarded as world-class.

These scores reflect strong confidence in our trainers, resources, placements, and the job-readiness of our graduates.

Quick refresher: What’s Net Promoter Score (NPS)?

We ask one powerful question on a 0–10 scale:

“How likely are you to recommend KKTC Education to a friend or colleague?”

  • Promoters (9–10) would actively recommend us
  • Passives (7–8) are satisfied but not enthusiastic
  • Detractors (0–6) are unlikely to recommend
    NPS = % Promoters – % Detractors → a simple, trusted measure of loyalty.

Highlights at a glance

  • Students: NPS 70 (n=333)
A strong signal that learners feel supported—from onboarding and assessment guidance to trainer responsiveness and practical, job-ready skills.
  • Centres: NPS 83 (n=133)
A standout result that reflects trusted partnerships with service leaders, smooth placement coordination, and graduates who make a difference from day one.
  • 466 total responses
A solid base of feedback from the people who matter most—current learners and the early learning services that host and hire them.

Why this Matters (for you)

For Prospective Students

  • Learn with sector-trusted trainers and practical resources that help you feel confident in real work settings that will set your career up for success.
  • Be supported from enrolment to completion, with clear expectations and 100% commitment to your student journey.

For Early Learning Centres

  • Work with a market leading training college that knows the sector and focusses heavily on the practical skills that educators need. We train in many of Australia’s leading early learning centres and we are there every 3-4 weeks for ‘on the job’ training, assessing and mentoring. We take the time to deliver excellence in centre based training and our trainers have a 100% commitment to the student journey.

What’s Behind the Scores

From the survey comments, a few themes stood out:

  • Clarity and support: Trainers who respond fast, give actionable feedback, and keep momentum high.
  • Practical, job-ready learning: Resources and assessment tasks that connect theory to the real world.
  • Placement coordination: Communication that makes scheduling and supervision easier for centres.

What We’re Doing Next (because great isn’t ‘done’)

  • Continued investment in our Learning Management System to deliver quicker navigation, AI video guidance on unit navigation and tighter alignment with ever changing practice.
  • Continual improvement is at the forefront of everything we do – assessments, case studies and practical exercises.
  • Investment in learning tools and programs for neuro diverse learners.
  • Use of best in sector technology for our whole team from enrolment to completion that drives efficiency in everything we do.
  • PD for our Trainers and Assessors that keeps their learning at the cutting edge of developments in the sector.
  • Consistency of trainer touchpoints—so every learner feels supported at the right moments. This is not a ‘here are 3-4 units and see you in 3-4 months’ training experience. KKTC focusses on one unit at a time and in centres at a high frequency as this is what produces results.
