KKTC Education (RTO 40636) is proud to present Leadership 101 – a free, innovative suite of professional development units tailored for educators in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector.
Whether you’re a Centre Manager looking to nurture internal talent or an educator eager to develop your leadership potential, Leadership 101 provides the tools, strategies, and confidence to lead effectively.
What is Leadership 101?
Leadership 101 is a 10-unit professional development program designed to build, strengthen, and refine the leadership skills of early childhood educators.
Each unit is:
– Expert-designed and sector-specific
– Delivered online for maximum flexibility
– Approximately 30 minutes in length
– Mapped to practical leadership competencies
– FREE for all KKTC partner centres and educators
Educators receive a digital badge upon completion of each unit – a perfect way to share progress and achievement on social media or internal platforms.
